Website not available - possible explanation

It has been brought to our attention that some people have been having difficulty accessing the website over their home broadband connections. We suspect that this may be due to Sky re-organising their servers following their takeover of O2's broadband clients.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this; but the problem should be temporary, and you should still be able to access the site via other connections, such as your mobile device or business connection.

If you encounter this problem, we apologise for the inconvenience. If there is anything you need to contact us urgently about, please drop as an email at enquiries@satellite4.org.uk. If you would like to help us diagnose the problem, please email webmaster@satellite4.org.uk with details of the connection you were using (eg. home broadband provided by BT, or mobile data provided by O2) and the text of the error message you received.

Have you booked your hotel room?

Hotel rooms are going fast - the Campanile and Crowne Plaza are
essentially full. We do still have some rooms left at the Hilton Garden
Inn and the Marriott. Please book as soon as you can to ensure you get
your preferred room type. The Marriott still has family rooms, doubles and
twins. The Hilton Garden Inn has some doubles and twins available.
